I currently have a ka24det with a felpro headgasket on a sr20det t25 running 10psi of boost
I'm about to build another ka24det and was wondering how much boost/power is the felpro paper type headgasket good for (apparently i heard 400) The ka24e ecu uses seperate maps for each state of the scv (open or closed. I know people always bash on felpros and i was planning to run a multiple layer steel type cometic hg, but i also hear bad stuff about them
Hey guys, im just putting toghther my bottom end finally today and i plastigauged the main bearings, they are 0.001 at most
I went ahead and lubed the bearings with the arp lube that came for the studs and then followed the arp torque procedure from jgs to torque them all down New kat dyno z31 turbo 8psi by atomgrimus » sun feb 08, 2015 5:41 am im like 2 years late here lol, i got a t3 z31 turbo, i did research and it says on other forums that this turbo can only hold up to 6psi idk how true that is. Also the t3 backside limits it up top. Dont get me wrong it will pull to redline and beyond, but when pushing it to extreme cases it will fall off wit alot of boost.
