I totally forgot about the deactivation I can't call the customer service since i am out of the states and i can't make a new account it doesn't accept my old att number/id. For you to be able to identify me with at this time I do have a wifi phone app on my att cell phone i've been using wifi where i live but the app doesn't allow me to get codes i have to pay a fee for that The only way to get in contact with me is thru my email account. I then had a further 5 calls to this number, was put on hold, was cut off and not helped at all until speaking with the last customer agent.
