Portillo's currently has 86 locations in 10 states with most locations being in illinois (arizona, california, florida, illinois, indiana, iowa, michigan, minnesota, texas, wisconsin) the company plans to open 900 stores in the next 20 years ( up from 600 last projection), but this projection seems a little bit optimistic 800 full size 100+ walk up/pick up storefronts (projection) 551k subscribers in the burgers community
