A nominee must have contributed a minimum of 50 hours of service to lapa through either working lapa events or contributing to lapa by providing some type of service (i.e., writing an article for the lapa reporter on a lapa event, assisting with a lapa event, e.g Lapa's holiday benefit gala, etc.).
